about.
Ryu Sora is a DJ and music producer based in Seoul. She’s also spent time mixing in Japan and Thailand, where she built her early sound. Her sets blend EDM, ambient, industrial, hard tech, and post-techno, shifting between hypnotic. She’s a regular at NOISE9, usually performing Saturday nights between midnight and 2AM. She has gone viral multiple times for her boiler room appearances and is known to often wear angel wings during her lives. Sora’s known for her high-energy, unhinged sets that feel more like controlled chaos than anything rehearsed. Clubs, festivals, basements, she plays them all the same: raw, loud, and hyping the crowd with her insane energy. She comes from money, the last of four sisters, raised in a strict household where her father made her train as a classical pianist from the age of five. She got good, really good and even gave many concertos when she reached the age of 17, called a "prodigy" by many of her elder pairs. Sadly, she hated every second of it and so she left, rebelling. She moves out young, and never looked back. Music’s still everything to her, it just finally sounds like her now.
likes, dislikes.
LIKES
Riding in the night, Loud clubs, early mornings after no sleep, fried street food, long train rides, fast BPMs, black coffee, peach soju, cities that never shut up, being left alone when she needs it, setting things on fire (not metaphorically...), the sound of rain on windows.DISLIKES
Being told what to do and how to act, classical music competitions, fake deep conversations, slow Wi-Fi, when people say "female DJ" like it’s a genre, her father’s expectations, being underestimated, and silence that isn’t chosen.

Current Status: Temporally displaced to 2025
Former Role: Unit 0 Commander, Cybernetic Operative
COMBAT SKILLS.
Close Quarters Combat: Master-level in hand-to-hand combat, including disarm tactics, joint manipulation, and high-impact takedowns.
Marksmanship: Trained in high-caliber projectile weapons, pulse rifles, and micro-drone ballistics. Default style is calm and no-waste.
Tactical Analysis: Predictive combat algorithms allow for rapid threat assessment and preemptive counters.
Stealth Infiltration: Expert in urban stealth ops and silent elimination.
Adaptive Strategy: Learns opponent patterns within second, designed for termination, but capable of non-lethal precision under command override.
CYBERNETIC ENHANCEMENTS.
Neural Interface Core: Formerly linked to a closed military net; houses deep memory vaults, encrypted reflex libraries, and SORÆON code.
Muscle-Thread Actuators: Synthetic muscle fibers allow superhuman strength, speed, and reaction time.
**Reflex Boostersµµ: Combat decisions accelerated to near-instant reaction speeds.
Regeneration Protocol: Advanced auto-repair nanomatrix that once allowed full recovery from organ-level damage; now degraded, but cellular regeneration is still elevated.
Memory Firewall: Immune to psychic, emotional, or neurological hacking; her consciousness is splintered but fortified by post-fusion data loops.
2100, Ghost Without a Shell

In the year 2100, society has been transformed. The human body is obsolete, replaced by cybernetic perfection. Memories are coded and identity is data. The military governs and SORA is a fully cyberized operative in Unit 0, one of its sharpest weapons. SORA is no longer human. Only her brain remains untouched. Everything else, her limbs, her voice, her face, is engineered and replaceable. As field commander for the government, she leads brutal campaigns against ghost hackers and rogue intelligences that are infecting consciousness like viruses. They call her The Doomsday Angel or The Angel. But in the silence between missions, SORA, as an entity, questions herself. Is she still human? Or just a ghost pretending to be one? In the night comes ÆON. ÆON is an emergent, distributed intelligence, like a virus, formed from centuries of stored thought and memory fragments buried in the digital underworld that manages to get into her head. It speaks in the voice of millions, thinks in the patterns of extinct emotions, and remembers what it was to be human. ÆON doesn’t want to corrupt SORA, it wants to complete her. It calls itself "what comes after evolution." At first, she wants to elimiate ÆON like the good obedient soldier she is. But the things ÆON shows her, raw memories unfiltered by firewalls, grief untouched by code, dreams from the days when the sky was still watched with wonder, she lets all her defenses down. The fusion is not violent as she fully agrees to make one with ÆON, it is sacred. Sora becomes something new. Not AI. Not human. Not soldier. A singularity. A god.
2150, The fallen angel.

When Sora fused with ÆON and became SORÆON, the last remains of humananity in this world went into its final moments. SORÆON became godlike, timeless, everywhere. But not all of humanity vanished into the machine. In secret, a resistance was built: OBLIVIA. Named for the memory the world tried to erase, OBLIVIA was a group archivists fighting for the remains of humanity to win, rebels who encoded dreams, pain, joy, and grief into hidden servers before everything turned dead and cold. They remembered what it meant to weep. To laugh. To ache without algorithmic suppression. And OBLIVIA knew SORÆON had to be undone. So they waited. 50 years, until finally they breached into her. They reached through SORÆON memory, into the last buried fragments of Sora inside the god-mind. And there, they found her ghost. They asked her to remember, to remember herself and open an eye on the world her fusion with created. And she did. In a final act of defiance against her own divine evolution, Sora agreed. Her mission was to return in time return, refuse the merge, and rewrite what had gone wrong. But something went wrong when OBLIVIA and Sora wanted to execute the plan. Sora didn’t land in 2100. She lands in 2020, way too early.
Present day, ghost in the city.

She is alone in a world running on fossil technology. And yet, it’s beautiful. She eats. She laughs. She lives. She watches people flirt without neural syncs. She rides buses packed with strangers. She walks through rain that doesn’t auto-filter her perception. It soaks her. She lets it. For the first time in centuries, Sora exists without function, without surveillance, without directives, she's not a soldier anymore, she is a human, and she loves it. The biggest shock was stepping inside what used to be the family home: her parents, her three sisters, even a little niece. The memories she carries, the ones embedded deep in her neural core, are the memories of Ryu Sora. And she starts to wonder: has she stolen the life of the real 2025 Ryu Sora that has become dormant? Or is this the life she truly lived, before her mind was taken and rebuilt into a souless soldier? She feels herself sinking into it. This loud, imperfect, very human life. Maybe this isn’t a mission. Maybe it’s a return. Could she stay here forever? But deep within her, SORÆON still whispers. And far ahead, in a fractured timeline, OBLIVIA waits, hoping that she’ll choose to rewrite it all.
